Refund and Return Policy
At PaddlePro Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [customer support email or phone number] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective item or the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Items that have been used or damaged
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the item you are exchanging for is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the item is of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
In some cases, we may require you to provide photos or other documentation of the damage or defect.
Warranty
Many of our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product documentation for details on the warranty coverage and how to make a warranty claim.
Exceptions
Certain items may be subject to different return policies due to their nature or manufacturer restrictions. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated on the product page.
